About Me

M.A, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Pronouns: She/They

My passion for mental health has been shaped by my own healing journey. Navigating the mental health system, I was able to find the appropriate supports to foster my recovery from trauma and loss.

Pursuing a career in mental health has been a life long goal of mine. I began my work through volunteerism in a distress centre, hospice, and bereavement centre. I received my HBSc in Psychology at the University of Toronto and an MA in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I now hold a Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying status through the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).  My focus is in grief, life transition, and mood disorders.  However, while working with individuals and couples, my passion lies in supporting queer and ethical non-monogamous folks.

In my spare time, I am a self-care enthusiast. Hiking with my dog, staying active, expressing gratitude and engaging in creative practices are a few ways I find fulfillment.

Taking the first step in finding support can be daunting but I aim to be a guide for you so that you are not alone in your journey.  Together we will hone in on your own strengths and resources to reach your goals, share your story, and navigate an authentic living.
